You will usually find the Community team on-site at each location during weekdays between 9 AM and 6 PM. If you have a private office or dedicated desk at a WeWork location, you can pretty much walk in 24/7. To access WeWork spaces, other members must schedule a meeting room or workspace.

You can cancel your WeWork membership or Hot Desk membership at any time. The membership remains till the end of the month in which you cancelled it. For instance, cancel at any time during March, and your subscription remains valid till March 31.

For all other memberships, please refer to your Membership Agreement’s cancellation provision and notice requirements.

It is just a one-time cost you need to pay before moving in. It is a security needed against any failure in payments. This retainer remains in effect as long as you have a WeWork membership. If a member’s agreement is terminated 30 days after the move-out date, the fund is refunded. Quick tip - the more direct the payment, the smaller the service retainer fee. The fee varies by region, so please check with your community manager to confirm the fee for your exact location. Do note that a change in your payment method can affect your service retainer refund. 

You can expect the following in your monthly WeWork invoice:

  • The cost of your desk(s) or office membership(s)
  • Any special offers, promotions, or credit cards you may have
  • Any additional charges that may apply. Extra membership costs, key card replacement fees, IT services, and so on
  • Any meeting room or printing overages you’ve incurred. The following month’s invoice will be charged in arrears

There are regional taxes to pay. For instance, state tax, VAT, and so on.

For On-demand users: Users who book a conference room or workspace on demand are charged on a pay-per-use basis on the day of the reservation.

The Primary Member or allocated Billing Contact can examine invoices in the Account Manager portion of the Member’s Network website under the ‘invoices’ tab. At the top of the pile, you will find the future invoice for the following month (subject to additional costs) and the current month’s invoice. Further down the list, you will find past months’ invoices too. Multiple invoices for the same billing period may be sent if you request adjustments to your invoice after the first of the month. This tab also shows your account balance and any payments you've made.

Our members have access to the Internet via our shared ‘WeWork’ network. This WiFi network is accessible throughout our entire campus. We encourage our guests and non-members to use our ‘WeWorkGuest’ network, accessible at all our sites. Although the internet capacity at each WeWork location is shared, our members can expect dependable network services to complete common tasks.

Yes, of course. Members with a Dedicated Desk or a Private Office can bring their printers.

For wireless printers, we propose that you register your wireless printer with the WeWorkDevice wireless network. To know more, click here. Please send a support request if you do not have a printer that can connect through WiFi. Our IT specialists will remotely assist you with a wired installation. For additional assistance, please get in touch with the Community staff on-site or submit a support ticket. 

Just disconnect your phone from the ethernet port, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in to troubleshoot phone issues. Please try again with this phone if this does not work and you have another phone in the office to test this port with. If the issue persists, there’s help coming your way. Simply submit a support request with as much pertinent information as possible, such as your phone provider, company name, and office phone number.

That depends because the eligibility of each partner’s offer varies. But you will surely find it under the ‘Redeem Offer’ button. Please check to see if you qualify for the offer before attempting to redeem it.

Our members have access to a network through the member web and the WeWork app. Here are some of the member web’s features:

  • Reserve a meeting room or workspace at any WeWork office
  • Receive notifications from the Community team regarding upcoming events or building alerts
  • Use Account Central to manage your account and view invoices
  • Have your guests registered so that they receive the warmest, most professional welcome possible
  • View and RSVP to exclusive WeWork events (member web only)
  • Get the best of member-only incentives, such as discounts on the Services Store.
  • Ask for help: You can send a support request if you have a question, an issue, or a concern

WeWork maintains technical and physical security mechanisms to secure our members and employees, as well as the confidential data handled within our facilities. WeWork uses video management and access control systems around the world to ensure that only authorised workers and members have access.

If your key card is lost or stolen, immediately notify the Community Management Team or your Primary Member. At the Community Bar, a team member can replace your key card. Please doublecheck with your primary member since the company will be charged a replacement fee. More information on the price can be obtained from your local team. Please submit a support ticket with a cc to the Primary Member on the email chain so that the Community staff can see it. 

Desks, chairs, and filing cabinets are included in WeWork workplaces. To remove any furniture:

  • First, see whether anyone else in your office wants the furniture.
  • Use post-it notes to label the undesired furnishings.
  • At the Community Bar, notify your on-site Community staff.

Please get in touch with the Community staff if you want to add furniture.

You can reserve meeting rooms and workplaces from the day your membership begins. Your start date can be found on your Membership Agreement. You’ll also get a key card, which can be used to access different WeWork locations across the country. It can even be used for accessing various floors in a WeWork office. You can schedule meeting rooms and workspaces right away if you have an ‘All Access’ subscription or are an on-demand subscriber. Key cards can be obtained during open hours. To visit a WeWork location, you may need to reserve a conference room or workspace.
