  • The voucher is worth Rs.250 and redeemable at www.bookmyshow.com
  • The Offer is valid till 21st September 2014, and is only applicable from 9 am to 6pm.
  • A Customer is eligible for only one Movie Voucher in the Offer Period.
  • HDFC Bank & HDFC group company’s employees shall not be eligible to participate in the offer.
  • Only valid transactions will be eligible for the offer.
  • HDFC Bank customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
  • Returned, disputed or unauthorized / fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
  • HDFC Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of services provided by the vendor. The quality of the service / gift is the responsibility of the vendor / service provider.
  • Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other schemes/offers.
  • HDFC Bank reserves the right to extend this offer to selected HDFC Bank customers only.
  • Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Mumbai (India) irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HDFC Bank.
  • HDFC Bank is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a customer may suffer, sustain or incur due to the offer.
  • HDFC Bank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • The gifts would be dispatched to customers within 5 weeks from the date the offer ends.
  • HDFC Bank is not / will not be responsible for any postal / courier delays.
  • All decisions by HDFC Bank regarding selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
  • HDFC Bank is not liable for any non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency or unsatisfactory service/product provided by any participating parties/sponsors.
  • Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Account holder/ Card member Agreement applicable to the account of those mentioned.
