eShopping using Direct Pay

This facility is available to all NetBanking customers. The bank has tied up with various e-Shopping sites, which offer HDFC Bank Direct Pay as an option for payment for online shopping.

On these sites you will see the HDFC Bank logo and will have the option of paying online by directly debiting your account. On selecting HDFC Bank Direct Pay, you will be taken to a screen similar to the NetBanking login screen. Enter your Cust ID and IPIN.

On validation of the authenticity by our NetBanking servers, the amount of your online purchases is displayed. Please check the same and as soon as you confirm the payment, your account is debited instantaneously.

This option is perfectly safe and HDFC Bank has taken great care in the integration of this payment mechanism with the website. We ensure that all your transactions happen at the highest level of security and encryption.
