Services unavailable 09/02/25 02:00 AM to 02:30 AM (IST) SMS and OTP services will not work for HDFC Bank Forex and INR prepaid card
09.30 AM to 02:30 PM (IST) HDFC Bank Forex card loading will not be working. Other prepaid card services will remain unaffected.
Services available 09/02/25 09:30 AM to 02:30 PM (IST) Customers can access HDFC Bank NetBanking and MobileBanking to load Forex Prepaid card during the downtime. The reload will be processed the next business day (T+1).
Services unavailable 12/02/25 01:00 AM to 04:00 AM (IST) E-commerce transactions on HDFC Bank Forex & INR Prepaid card will not work. Other prepaid card services will remain unaffected.
14/02/25 00:30 AM to 02:00 AM (IST) Customer portal, ATM, POS and E-commerce will not be working for HDFC Bank Forex and INR prepaid card
