1. I have applied for a staff credit card last week but have not received my card. Do I need to fill in the details in the link?
Ans. If you have already applied, your card should be reaching you shortly. You do not need to fill in details again.
2. I have filled in the details for application today. What do I do next?
Ans. A Cards representative will contact you at the mobile number you have filled on the link and collect an application from you. You will receive your card within 21 working days
3. How many add-on cards can I apply for along with my Staff Credit Card?
Ans. You can apply for a maximum of 3 add-on credit cards for your parents/spouse/children/siblings.
4. I am eligible for a Staff Gold  Card and would like to take the Staff Woman’s Gold Card as an add-on card for my wife. How do I apply?
Ans. Only Women employees of HDFC Bank are eligible for Staff Woman’s Gold Card.  You can apply for a Staff Gold Card add-on for your wife.
Your wife can apply separately for a Woman’s Gold Card by submitting necessary documents.
5. Can I apply for 2 personal staff cards?
Ans. Employees are eligible for only 1 HDFC Bank Staff Personal Card.
6. If I upgrade my current HDFC Bank Card, what happens to the reward points accumulated on the previous card?
Ans. On upgrade your reward points will be transferred to your new card.
7. What should I do with my previous card after I receive the upgrade card?
Ans. Your old card will be closed on upgrade. Please ensure your destroy the old card (including add-on cards) by cutting it diagonally into 4 pieces after you receive your new card.
8. Do I need to apply again for add-on cards on the upgrade card?
Ans. If you hold add-on cards on your previous HDFC Bank Cards, you will automatically get them along with your upgrade card.
9. Where will the upgraded Staff card be delivered?
Ans. Your upgraded staff  card will be delivered by courier to the billing address of your existing card.
