  • This offer is valid from 15th October 2008 till 31st December 2008 and on purchases made through HDFC Bank Credit Cards.
  • Please inform the Merchant outlet counter on arrival that you wish to avail of this offer.
  • The offer has to be availed at the select participating merchant outlet. This is an on-the-spot discount offer where discounts will be passed on to customers upfront and final bill value will be net of discount (customer has to intimate merchant billing desk before billing; for example, on an offer of 10% discount on MRP of Rs.1000, the actual payable / swipe amount will be Rs.900 since Rs.100 discount will be applicable) and HDFC Bank will not entertain any subsequent claims for discount.
  • The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer being run by the merchant
  • This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
  • This offer is brought to the HDFC Bank Credit Card members solely by the participating Merchant Establishments. Rules of the participating Merchant Establishments will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
  • HDFC Bank is not making these offers and neither warrants nor guarantees the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of products/services availed of by the HDFC Bank Credit Card members under this offer and the member shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences therefrom.
  • Any disputes as regards delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of products/services availed of under this offer must be strictly addressed by the HDFC Bank Credit Card members in writing to the participating Merchant Establishments directly and HDFC Bank will not entertain any communication in this regard.
  • HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or for any personal injury that may be suffered, by a HDFC Bank Credit Card member, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services availed of under this offer
  • HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Card members only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card members Agreement.
  • All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

  • This offer is valid only on diamond Jewellery from Nakshatra, Asmi, D'damas, Gilli and Diya. Not valid on D'damas gold brands, Gitanjali Gold, D.E.R & Damas Solitaire.
  • This gift offer is valid on minimum purchase of Rs.7500/- and above.
  • Redemption would be valid only on presentation of original coupon.
  • The gift offer cannot be redeemed against any ongoing scheme at the stores.
  • The gift offer cannot be exchange for cash.
  • No two offers from Gitanjali group can be clubbed against a purchase.
  • The offer has to be redeemed in full. Partial redemption will not be allowed.
  • No cash will be refunded /credit note issued for part utilization of the gift offer.

  • Once the offer is issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation.
  • Any exchange by a bearer will be considered a valid discharge of the company liabilities.
