Terms and Conditions
  1. This offer is valid only for NRI customers of HDFC Bank from 1st October 2009 to 31st January 2010, both days inclusive. These customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
  2. HDFC Bank & HDFC group company's employees shall not be eligible to participate in the offer
  3. Offer: Any HDFC Bank’s NRI customer shall be entitled for an assured bigflix movie download gift coupon, if he/she registers & remit money through HDFC Bank's “Quickremit” services, during the period of offer.
  4. All new registrations done with valid transactions will be eligible for the offer. HDFC Bank will not be responsible for invalid or void transactions.
  5. This offer is only for NRI customers who qualify for it by meeting the eligibility stipulated by HDFC Bank.
  6. Invalid / rejected / incomplete registrations or returned, disputed or unauthorized / fraudulent transactions, will not be considered for the offer.
  7. HDFC Bank is a mere facilitator and neither responsible nor guarantees the quality or suitability of the gift coupons / service provided by the vendor / service provider. The quality of the gift coupons / service is the responsibility of the vendor / service provider. Any disputes thereunder must be strictly addressed in writing to the vendor/service provider directly and HDFC Bank will not entertain any communication in this regard.
  8. This offer is non-encashable , not extendable and non-negotiable.
  9. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other schemes/offers.
  10. HDFC Bank is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a customer may suffer, sustain or incur due to the offer.
  11. Winners will be notified by email only. Emails will be sent only to the email IDs of the customers registered with HDFC Bank's Quickremit service.
  12. HDFC Bank reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  14. The coupons entitling receipt of gifts would be dispatched to customers through e-mail within 5 weeks from the date the offer ends.
  15. HDFC Bank is not / will not be responsible in case of coupons sent but not received or received late by the customer due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
  16. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Mumbai (India) irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HDFC Bank.
