In case your Card is lost / stolen, as first step you need to block your Card in order to avoid any fraudulent transaction happening from the account.

You can request for a new Card to be delivered either at the mailing address which you have given to the Bank or at the nearest branch where you will have to collect the same in person.
Log a complaint with the local HDFC Bank PhoneBanking Number or visit the nearest HDFC Bank Branch. They will guide you on the next steps. You will be receiving the credit in your account within 12 working days from the time of you raising the complaint.

Call up the Credit Cards customer service number and request for a new ATM PIN number. The new ATM PIN number will be generated and sent to you. You can register for Credit Cards NetBanking only after you get your new ATM PIN number.
