- Contest period: 22nd March 2024 - 31st May 2024
- Staff to score Runs for various actions done using PayZapp.
- Basis Runs scored get Fan merchandise of your Favourite cricket team.
Referral: Staff to refer customers using their specific PayZapp Referral link. (Steps of PayZapp Referral link is mentioned below)
- Only Referral - Staff will score 10 RUNs for each new PayZapp Download & Registration*
- Active PayZapp: Referring staff will score additional 20 RUNs when new PayZapp referred customer does first transaction on PayZapp. (any transaction type). i.e. Scan to pay, Send Money, Bill payments, Recharges, Shop, wallet load etc
- Any amount, any type of PayZapp transaction considered as PayZapp Active.
Free Hit: Employees to assist customers to transact using PayZapp & Score runs.
- Score 20 RUNs when referred customer does and UPI payment/ send money.
- Score 20 RUNs when referred customer does any transaction on SHOP section of PayZapp. (Buy any Brand voucher, Flight tickets, Hotel Booking, Train Booking @ IRCTC, Bus Booking @ Red Bus, etc.)
- Score 20 RUNs when referred customer does any Utility Bill Payment, Mobile Recharge, Credit Card Bill payment.
Powerplay: Employees to assist customers to avail Bank product (listed below) only via PayZapp.
- Credit will be given to ONLY one staff whose emp code is captured in LG/LC, when customer apply for below products on PayZapp.
- Score 50 RUNs when customer apply for Rupay Floater credit card within PayZapp ONLY. Rupay Floater CC applicable to select eligible set of customers only.
- Score 50 RUNs when customer apply & get a New HDFC Bank Credit Card via PayZapp. HDFC Bank Credit Card applicable to select eligible set of customers only.
- Score 50 RUNs when customer apply for a New Fixed Deposit (FD) via PayZapp.
- If LG/LC code captured are of different staff, credit will be given to emp code in LC.

- Employee to Go to PayZapp App on the same mobile no registered with the Bank or mobile number where you received message.
- Go to SHOP section in PayZapp app. Scroll down the page and check e-vouchers from top brands. Choose from more than 200 plus brand voucher by clicking on – Explore More
- Select your brand & denomination and add to your cart. Click on View Cart & Buy.
- Select & tick on Pay Via PZ Shop e-Pay. Value of your e-Voucher will be subtracted from total amount to pay.
- Click on Pay and complete your payment.
- Upon successful redemption, the Brand gift Voucher is instantly shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp & Email.

What is the validity of e-Voucher?
Validity of e-Voucher will be 30 days from the date of issuance. Please use the same before expiry.
Can I buy multiple brands?
You can buy multiple brands using PayZapp Shop e-Voucher balance.
Can I use my balance in multiple transactions?
You can use your PZ Shop e-Voucher value balance in multiple transactions till it gets exhausted and becomes zero or voucher expires whichever is earlier.
My PayZapp Shop e-Voucher balance is not showing now. What should I do?
If your PZ Shop e-Pay balance is not showing, because the same would have been expired.
I have received SMS confirming we have credited your PayZapp Shop balance but after login I can’t see any balance. What should I do?
If your balance is not showing, please login form the mobile number on which you have received the message. In case of any tttuery, please call us at 18001 033313.
Can I buy Brand gift Vouchers worth more than my e-Voucher balance?
Yes, you can buy Brand gift Vouchers worth more than your e-Voucher balance, please select Pay option and you will be allowed to make payment through your PayZapp by selecting your HDFC credit/debit card. You will also get a 5% cashback on every transaction.
What is the minimum value of Brand voucher available?
Please note minimum value of Brand denomination value is subject to brand discretion. To be confirmed at the time of purchase.
