#PayZappHookStep - Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • #PayZappHookStep contest commences on 27th January 2024 at 12:00 PM and ends on 10th February 2024 at 11:59 PM.
  • There is no entry or registration fee to participate.
  • The participant agrees to all the rules & regulations of the Contest as specified by HDFC Bank.

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST

  • Participants must be 18 when the content is made live on the platform.
  • This Contest is open to all residents of India.
  • It is to be noted that employees of HDFC Bank, its affiliates, distributors, dealers, advertising, creative, media, digital, design, and other creative agencies and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Contest.

CONTEST ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • On Instagram, each participant must share a minimum of ONE reel recreating the PayZapp hook-step using the official HDFC Bank PayZapp jingle as the background music using the hashtag - #PayZappHookStep & #HDFCBank in the comment section.
  • Every participant must like/follow the HDFC Bank Instagram (@hdfcbank) page to be an eligible entrant for the Contest.
  • The entry must compulsorily include the contest hashtag #PayZappHookStep. Entries that do not contain these specifications will not be considered and will be disqualified.
  • All participants are required to follow the brand video guidelines. Content created cannot include obscene, sexually explicit, objectionable or other inappropriate content. Such content will be disqualified from the contest. HDFC Bank is not liable/ should not be held responsible for such content posted by the content creators.
  • HDFC Bank doesn't endorse or take responsibility for the content created & submitted by the participants.
  • Entries received after 11:59 PM on 10th February will not be considered part of the competition.
  • HDFC Bank reserves the right to change & modify the terms & conditions of the content at any given time without any prior intimation
  • HDFC Bank reserve the usage rights of the brand HDFC Bank PayZapp. Content creators have to abide by terms & conditions and usage of the brand assets. If the content uploaded is found inappropriate or is not as per guidelines, HDFC Bank will ask the content creators to delete the content - reels/text or any other format uploaded.

PRIZES

  • The Contest will award three winners with a PayZapp e-Voucher worth INR 1,00,000 each & 40 participants with INR 5,000 PayZapp e-Vouchers each, which they can avail only on the PayZapp app.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, and there will be no cash substitute
  • The winning entry for the Grand Prize will be declared on 15th February 2024.
  • The gratification will be issued to the winners 15 working days after the winner announcement.
  • Upon announcing the winner, that participant must DM us their required details to the HDFC Bank Instagram handle, ensuring the gratification reaches them. Failure on part of the winner to claim the prize or provide the necessary information within seven working days will result in forfeiture of the award, and the next eligible participant with the highest views will have a chance to win the prize.

PRIZE REDEMPTION PROCESS & NORMS

  • Winners will receive PayZapp e-Voucher Redemption process link via SMS.
  • Winners will receive PayZapp e-Voucher in the form of PayZapp e-Pay balance.
  • For using PayZapp e-Pay balance winners have to download & register on PayZapp with the same mobile number provided to HDFC Bank.
  • Open PayZapp and visit PayZapp Shop and check e-Vouchers from Top Brands section
  • Select Brand & denomination & click on View Cart
  • Pay using PayZapp SHOP e-Pay balance
  • The validity of PayZapp SHOP e-Pay is 20 days from the date of issuance. Please use the same before expiry.
  • User can buy multiple brand vouchers using PayZapp SHOP e-Pay balance.
  • User can use PayZapp SHOP e-Pay balance in multiple transactions till it gets exhausted and becomes Zero or voucher expires whichever is earlier.
  • If user is not able to see PayZapp SHOP e-Pay balance then user can call on 18001033313
  • Please note minimum brand denomination value is subject to brand discretion. To be confirmed at the time of purchase.

JUDGING

  • The entries will be judged based on the maximum number of views on their reels & the quality of the content.
  • The reel/video with the maximum number of views will win the Contest.
  • An undisclosed panel of judges will judge the Contest.
  • Decisions of the judges are final and binding.

RIGHT TO MODIFY / TERMINATE THE CONTEST

  • HDFC Bank reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend the Contest at any point in time without any prior intimation

INDEMNIFICATION

  • By participating, contestants release the promoters/sponsors and their respective affiliates/subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability arising from the contestant's participation in this Contest.

DATA PRIVACY

  • The contest winners must send the required details via Direct message to the HDFC Bank's Instagram page.
  • Any data provided by the Winners will not be disclosed or misused in any way by HDFC Bank.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to HDFC Bank
