Update Vehicle Registration Number To Retain FASTag

Want to retain your HDFC Bank FASTag?

You are requested to update your Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) within mentioned timelines, to avoid closure as per NPCI guidelines.

To retain your FASTag, update the Vehicle Registration Number by raising a service request on HDFC Bank Customer Portal by following the below steps,

1. Login to HDFC Bank FASTag Customer Portal
2. Click on Service Request tab and under “Make Service Request” select Request Type as “UPDATE VEHICLE REG NO.”
3. Select the Chassis / Vehicle No. on which VRN No. needs to be updated
4. Enter vehicle number, Upload the RC copy (Mandatory), Validate the request via OTP & Submit.

NPCI guidelines for Re-KYV (Know Your Vehicle):

Each FASTag must be linked with the correct vehicle registration number as per the Registration Certificate (RC) issued by Regional Transport Office (RTO).
