Ways To Connect With PayZapp Customer Care

You can easily get your PayZapp queries resolved through the app. Here are the steps:

Step 1:

Select the transaction from the passbook.

Step 2:

Tap on ‘?’ on the top right.

Step 3:

Select the category to which your issue belongs.

Step 4:

Tap on ‘Raise a Ticket’.

Step 5:

Describe your issue and upload relevant images, if any, and confirm.

Track your reported issue by tapping on ‘View Tickets’.

Follow these steps to raise a query from the Help Center:

Step 1:

Go to profile and select ‘Help Center’.

Step 2:

Select a category (Transaction, App Issues, Bill Payments & Recharges).

Step 3:

Select the sub-category.

Step 4:

Tap on ‘My query is not listed’.

Step 5:

Provide a description of the issue you’re facing and upload relevant images if any.

Step 6:

Tap on ‘Raise a Ticket’.

Go to ‘View Tickets’ and track your ticket.

Step 1:

Select ‘?’ on the top right corner.

Step 2:

Select ‘Raise a Ticket’.

Type the query, attach an image (optional), and confirm.

Note that all bank account transfers from the PayZapp wallet will incur a transaction fee of 1% + GST, effective from 1st August 2024.

In the PayZapp app, you can go to Profile > Help Centre > Select a transaction > Tap on ‘?’ sign > Raise a Ticket.

For technical issues, you can go to ‘Help Center’ in the profile section and go to ‘App issues’ or the relevant option. The app will provide information on how you can resolve basic technical issues. If you need more help, you can raise a ticket.
