• Block the card in case your card gets lost or stolen, all you have to do is call HDFC Bank PhoneBanking immediately and report the loss of your card; facility is available 24 hours on all days.
• The card can also be blocked by using our Prepaid Card NetBanking facility
• Card holder can change ATM PIN using Prepaid Card NetBanking facility.

-  Hajj Umrah ForexPlus Card can be used to do payment/transactions for online purchase. To authorise transaction, it requires validation by using Prepaid card NetBanking IPIN or mobile OTP.

-  To enable Online payment (E-commerce) service on the card follow below steps:

• Login in to Prepaid Card Netbanking with your User ID
• Go to “Account Summary” tab and select “Manage My Profile” option
• Click on “Manage My Limits” tab and then select your “Card”
• Enable the service & set transaction/daily limit

• All ATM & Point of Sale transactions (POS) are authenticated through PIN. Transaction initiated on POS located outside India may get processed without PIN depending on guidelines of the country, in such case card holder need to sign transaction slip.
