           Keyman Insurance
           Keyman insurance refers to a life insurance policy taken by an employer on the life of key persons who is an employee or
           who is connected in any manner to the business of an employer, to compensate for financial losses that may arise from the
           death of key persons.
           The premiums are paid by the person taking the keyman insurance policy and is an allowable business expenditure u/s 37
           (1), Income Tax Act, 1961 (subject to conditions specified u/s 37(1)).

           Any sum received under keyman insurance policy including any sum allocated by way of bonus on such policy by an
           employer would be considered as taxable business income.
