-   Restored Sum Insured shall be applicable only for new illness/injury and will be restored only once in
            the entire policy year.
     •   Ambulance Charges
         -   Surface Ambulance
         -   Domestic Air Ambulance cover up to INR 2 Lakhs in Plan 3
     •   Co-payment (Plan 1)
         -   Co-payment of 10% is applicable (INR 3 Lakhs SI)
         -   10% of the payable claim amount will be borne by the policyholder
     •   Life Long Renewability
         -   The customer will be allowed to renew life long
         -   Subject to continuity of their relationship with HDFC Bank
         -   The customer will have an option to port to any other ICICI Lombard General Insurance’s Retail Plan
     •   Waiting Periods & Sub-limit
         -   2 years of waiting period for specific diseases
         -   30 days waiting period for disease & illness. This is not applicable for claims due to accident
            occurring after the policy inception date
