•   Bariatric Surgery Cover - We will pay for Reasonable and Customary Expenses related to Bariatric Surgery
        provided that it is available for adults aged 18 years or older, presence of severe obesity documented
        in contemporaneous clinical records, BMI greater than and equal to 40 in conjunctions with any of the
        following severe comorbidities.
        1.  Coronary heart disease; or
        2.   Medically refractory hypertension (blood pressure greater than 140 mm Hg systolic and/or 90 mm Hg
            diastolic despite concurrent use of 3 anti-hypertensive agents of different classes); or
        3.  Type 2 diabetes mellitus
    •   Discounts - Family Discount of 10% if 2 family members are covered under a single policy, 15% discount if
        more than 2 members are covered under a single policy
        1.  10% and 20% Co-payment discount on the policy premium
        2.  Long term discount – 4% discount if opted for 2 years and 8% discount if opted for 3 years
    •   Preventive Health Check-Up – Payable at the end of continuous period of 3 years, we will reimburse the
        amount equal to 1% of the Sum Insured max up to r 2,000/- (Silver Plan) and r 5,000/- (Gold Plan) for
        each member in Individual policy. And 1% of the Sum Insured max up to r 5,000/- (Platinum Plan) for each
        member in Individual policy during the block of 2 years
    •   Zone wise premiums (Zone A, Zone B and Zone C)
    •   Ayurvedic and Homeopathic Hospitalisation cover - Our maximum liability is up to r 20,000/- per policy
        year. This benefit will be applicable annually for policies with term more than 1 year.

    Exclusions:
    •   Circumcision unless required for the treatment of illness or accidental bodily injury
    •   Cosmetic or aesthetic treatments of any description, treatment or surgery for change of life/gender
    •   Convalescence, general debility, rest cure, congenital external diseases or defects or anomalies, genetic
        disorders, stem cell implantation or surgery, or growth hormone therapy
    •   Medical Expenses relating to any hospitalisation primarily and specifically for diagnostic, X-ray or laboratory
        examinations and investigations
    •   Weight management services and treatment related to weight reduction programmes including treatment of
        obesity
    •   Any treatment received outside India
    •   All non-medical items as per list provided by IRDAI
    •   Any dental treatment that comprises cosmetic surgery, dentures, dental prosthesis, dental implants,
        orthodontics, orthographic surgery, jaw alignment or treatment for the temporomandibular (jaw), joint, or
        upper and lower jaw bone surgery and surgery related to the temporomandibular (jaw) unless necessitated
        by an acute traumatic injury or cancer and also requiring hospitalisation
